Question: What happens if I don't pay my assessment?
Answer: The maintenance and management services incurred by the association are dependent upon timely receipt of the fees or assessments from each unit owner. The governing documents outline what procedure is used for late payments. Generally, the association will charge a late fee and interest and can proceed with a lien and/or foreclosure on your property for nonpayment of assessments.
